Because these products are made especially for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or other customer ordering errors.

You will not be required to pay for a replacement when the problem resulted from a verified production error, defect, or incorrect item sent by us.
Personalized and custom-made products cannot generally be returned, exchanged, or refunded simply because you changed your mind after ordering.

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we may be able to update or cancel your order. Once an item has entered production, we may no longer be able to make changes or issue a cancellation.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Once we process the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund has been processed for it to appear, although some financial institutions may take longer.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is related to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Because many issues can be resolved without physically returning a made-to-order product, our team will let you know whether a return is necessary after reviewing your request.
If we ask you to return an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide instructions regarding the return and applicable shipping costs.
For any return accepted for reasons not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
